Interior Photo Studio with unique interior details. Space is full of light, windows are facing west. Direct sunlight starts hitting the space after 2pm. You can control the amount of sunlight with blackout curtains.

Loft interior photo studio with Spotlights wall and led panels wall. You can set any color for any spotlight on the wall, also program them to blink. Available colors (Red, Blue, Green, Purple, Cold White, Warm White, Pink).

Wall size with spotlights: 16ft(w)*14(h). Wall size with led laps: 13ft(w)*14(h).

Space features: authentic brick walls, massive wooden beams and columns and a wall with an old grande steel beam.

There is a smaller table and a mirror in the space. The centerpiece of the studio is twenty wall spotlights – you can change color of spotlights with the remote. Next to this wall there are colored led lights, you CAN’t change color of those lights.

Another gem that adds style to this space is unique furniture. You can play with it and get many beautiful shots. Unique designer EGG chair, mid century chair, vintage Chester sofa and a dresser.

There are also two muslin backdrops available in the space.

There is a heater in the studio, as well as a small AC and a fan. It won’t be possible to cool the space down to make it cold during summer hot days. AC is not that powerful and can only cool it down a bit.

There is a shared kitchen, bathroom and a shower near the space. You can use it.

Private parking lot for all guests.
